# What is Katapult Financing?
## Katapult provides flexible financing that looks beyond credit scores, helping more shoppers afford the wheels and tires they want.
Katapult offers hyper-flexible lease-to-own purchase plans designed to open up paths to ownership for shoppers who may be overlooked by traditional financing options. Katapult uses technology to look beyond credit scores and empower more customers to get the wheels and tires they want.
At Function Powersports, Katapult is offered as an alternative if Affirm is unable to provide a payment plan -- so most customers will have a financing option available to them.
