What tire size should I choose for my wheel setup?

Choosing the right tire size depends on your wheel width, suspension setup, and driving style. Use our guided fitment on our homepage or reach out to our sales team and we will help find the perfect fit for you.

Choosing the right tire size for your ATV or UTV wheel involves matching the tire width and height to the wheel width and your machine's clearance:

How to read powersports tire sizes: ATV and UTV tires use a format like '27x11R14' -- this means the tire is 27 inches tall, 11 inches wide, and fits a 14-inch wheel. Some use a metric format similar to passenger car tires.

Match tire width to wheel width: Your tire should be appropriately wide for the wheel it sits on. A tire that is too narrow for the wheel will have a flat crown, reducing traction. Too wide and the sidewall will balloon. The tire manufacturer lists a recommended rim width range for each tire model.

Check total tire height vs. clearance: The tire height (first number in the size) determines how much clearance you need in the fender arches and against the frame. If you are going significantly taller than stock, you may need a lift kit.
